When we sit in our hot tub at night it's quiet with the only noise being the wind blowing in the palm tree on our neighbors yard. The neighbors are wonderful people who will welcome you with open arms (especially if you come bearing lemons!). We're close to the freeway, the beach, the airport, downtown, everything. Everything LA has to offer is minutes away but you don't have to make any of the sacrifices that come with living in a big city. You can even catch the ice cream man on Alviso. Our street doesn't even have parking restrictions so you'll never get a ticket! The central air, roof, and foundation are all new so you'll be worry free for years. We'll miss this place and hope to find someone who will love it as much as we have.
